I have placed an order. When can I expect my package to arrive?
All packages are shipped via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during the holidays or special product launches, this time may vary. Please refer to our shipping policy. We appreciate your understanding and want to assure you we are making every attempt to get you your EM Pretty products as soon as possible!
What method is used for shipping?
Our standard shipping is done through USPS, however for expedited orders, we may use other carriers.
How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
We aim to respond to each customer service inquiry within three business days. Please note that this time may vary depending on circumstances out of our control.
Do you offer returns?
No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note EM Pretty, and EM Pretty, LLC reserve the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 7 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue, and return the damaged product(s) with original packing slip to sender address.
I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
All standard shipping packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the Unites States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by EM Pretty.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS, or the mail carrier used, to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Why don’t you ship to Turkey?
Turkey has placed a ban on the import of all cosmetic products, so we are therefore unable to ship our EM Pretty products to Turkey.
What should I do If I have not received my order confirmation?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to two business days to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after two business days, please contact us at Em@EMPretty.com.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, but by setting up an account you become an EM Pretty VIP customer and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
Do you ever do giveaways?
YES! We run official giveaways on EMPretty.com as well as on EM Pretty social channels.
Can I change my order once I have placed it?
No. Once you have placed your order, all sales are final.
