EM Pretty will occasionally offer free shipping as a promotional incentive. This is not our standard policy. In order to stay up-to-date on our latest shipping promotional offers, please sign up on the EM Pretty email list. We will keep you up-to-date on all domestic and international offers.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Em Pretty Shipping charges are determined by weight, according to the posted carrier rates for domestic and international orders. Additional fees apply for expedited orders.
Tracking information will be sent to customers once orders have shipped.
The processing time for orders is typically 3-5 business days. Unforeseen issues such as weather delays may affect processing times. After processing, delivery time within the United States of America is 3-6 business days, and please keep in mind that holidays and severe weather incidents could impact this timeframe as well. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers, ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the EM Pretty package has exited the United States of America.
Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received back to our shipping location.
